This is to provide a complete preventative maintenance, assistance service program for your ABB, MOTOMAN & FANUC robots. We would perform the work based on 24 hours robot operation. There are no premiums charged for nights or weekends. All work will be performed accordingly to manufacturer specifications of the mechanical and electrical unit. These controls and services would be done on a one-by-one basis, and would be provided with a complete log report. NAAT Inc. will supply all tools, equipment and material needed to perform the test and maintenance on each robot.

• Clean robot arm and controller and visually inspect components for damage
• Clean and inspect all cables
• Check base plate mounting bolts
• Manually testing of mechanical unit, one axis at a time
• Check, vibration, abnormal noises, and motor heating
• Check operating condition of all axis brakes
• Check all controller ventilation and change filter
• Clean all PCB boards
• Clean velocity control units
• Check all lamps and switches
• Clean all transformers
• Grease all bearings and gear reducers
• Replace lubrication oil in gear boxes
• Check controller power voltage
• Change batteries absolute pulse encoders
• Write and submit a detailed report

If required, we can supply repairs/exchanges on most components, electrical and mechanical, this would be quoted separately.
