Universal Calibration Meter

The Universal Calibration Meter (UCM) is designed for the calibration, certification, and verification of force and torque monitoring equipment used in assembly environments, manufacturing, and R&D labs. With the high demands placed on today's manufacturing facilities to improve the quality of their products, certifying the accuracy of load monitoring equipment used in manufacturing has become a requirement.

The UCM is a hand held meter with a precision amplifier, which when matched with a master transducer can be used to calibrate and certify force and torque measuring equipment used on the manufacturing floor. The calibration settings for up to eight different master transducers can be set and stored into the meter's memory using the menu driven software. Other features include peak hold, large LCD, English or metric engineering units, and multiple languages.

The ability to test the force applied to parts no longer has to be outsourced to a lab, or guessed at. The UCM has unprecedented real time speed to capture, very precisely, the force/torque of an application.

The UCM comes with a storage case for long term use. It has a self calibration feature and has a large LCD screen for easy viewing. Mounted in a 7 5/8" x 1 5/8" x 3 15/16" enclosure with a multi-function, membrane keypad. The UCM comes to you, ready to be used, right out of the box.
