The Panel Meter (PPM) is the most affordable and advanced signature monitoring system for In-Process assembly applications. The PPM offers full signature capabilities for the monitoring of force and distance applications, without the need for the more advanced features of other units. The PPM offers you the ability to teach in a master part/assembly, set control limits, and test each part run against these limits, all done in real-time. This In-Process assembly monitoring makes sure that every part is tested, not just a sampling of a few. The PPM uses supplied sensors (such as load cells, position transducers, etc) to monitor the assembly process with precision.
