Force / Load Testing and Control
Home / Products and Services / Force / Load Testing and Control

The M-Test System consists of (3) parts:

  • A software program that runs on a Windows-based personal computer
  • A load cell or cells of the type required for the customer’s test fixture
  • An electronics unit that interfaces the load cell to any modern PC.

Along with this note, we have included a brief Power-Point presentation file that will give you an initial overview of the manner in which the M-Test operator interface displays and functions, as well as an example of a typical test session report. The layout and content of the report can be easily customized in Microsoft Excel by the testing operator.

In addition to the basic M-Test package, we offer an accessory package that consists of a stand-alone software application for the purpose of converting the generated M-Test report files to either standard PDF or to HTML format files. This allows the test documents to be easily transmitted by e-mail, and/or posted to a proprietary customer web site.

The M-Test system software and interface hardware are proprietary to National Automation and Technologies Inc and is produced in-house. Consequently, it can be readily modified to suit an individual customer’s needs.

 Minimum personal computer system requirements:

  • Windows 98/2000/NT/Me/XP
  • Microsoft Excel 2000 or better
  • 256 Meg DRAM, the more the better
  • 1 Gb free hard-disk space. (The M-Test software will load and run with less, but performance may be compromised.)
