The new MainBoss CMMS offers a comprehensive reporting tool that provides complete maintenance, equipment and inventory reports. New features allow users to cross-tabulate data and ranges of values to meet their specific requirements. Users can ask MainBoss CMMS for a report that includes greater levels of detail such as source of costs and work descriptions or they can request summary information suitable for management reporting. Rather than swamping the user with confusing, fixed format reports, MainBoss CMMS combines flexible sorting and detail selection with a manageable number of standard reports.

We have documentation available for all the database files used by MainBoss CMMS. This means that sophisticated users with database programs like Microsoft Access will be able to read the database files and extract useful information. Skilled users will be able to use this information to produce customized reports of MainBoss CMMS data.
