LV-220
Manual Lever Test Stand
 LV-220
without distance meter (pictured at left)
LV-220S with distance meter (pictured at right)
- Standard Compression and Tension models both operate with a
single downward lever stroke
- Maximum load 220 lbs (100 kg)
- Stroke 4"
- Maximum clearance 5" (or 10" with optional extender plate)
The LV-220 test stands will accept any of the standard capacity Imada force
gauges while providing a convenient, reliable, and easy to use means of
performing consistent force measurements. The LV-220S model is equipped with a
digital distance meter. The standard compression model can be converted to
tension, and the unique modular design of this stand allows the force gauge
mounting plate to be located on either the front of the stand or on the back for
virtually unlimited clearance. The optional extender plate will double the front
clearance.

SV-05S Micro-Movement Test Stand with Distance Meter
- One stand does both compression (push) and tension (pull) tests
- Reduced backlash and fine movement for highly precise
measurements
- Stroke 2.75" (travel distance per knob rotation 0.9”/22.5mm)
- Maximum Load 4.4 lbs (2 kg)
The SV-05S Micro-Movement Test Stand is designed for small
deflection measurements such as membrane switches and other small
micro switches. The minimal backlash is ideal for bi-directional
testing where both the compression and tension measurements are made
during the same test. The standard model SV-05S includes a highly
accurate digital distance meter. Both models accept any Imada force
gauge with a maximum capacity of 4.4 lbs (2 kg).

SV-2
Precision Wheel Test Stand
 SV-2
without distance meter (pictured at left)
SV-2S with distance meter (pictured at right)
- One stand for both tension (pull) and compression (push)
measurements
- Generous work area can accommodate a wide variety of samples
- Hand wheel operation provides relatively consistent speed from
test to test
- Suitable for precise tests where a higher degree of fine control
is required
- Force gauge remains in position when hand wheel is released.
Ideal for “creep” testing rubber and other elastic materials
- Maximum load 220 lbs (100 kg)
- Stroke 2" at each fixed position
- Maximum clearance is fully adjustable from 0 to 11"
The SV-2/S Precision Wheel operated Test Stand is a highly
precise and versatile fixture for your force gauge. It is designed
to give you consistent conditions for repeatable results yet it is
rugged enough to withstand real world environments. The easy to
operate hand wheel design allows you to position the gauge, hold it
in place, or advance it at a constant speed. The force gauge will
remain in place once the hand wheel is released, making it ideal for
“creep” testing rubber or other elastic materials. The direction
that the hand wheel is turned determines the direction the gauge
moves in, so the stand is set up to do both compression and tension
testing without any conversions. The large platform base will accept
the special attachments required to do your force measurements. The
SV-2/S stand accepts any of the standard range Imada force gauges.

SH-220
Horizontal Hand Wheel Test Stand
- Horizontal design is ideal for peel testing and other
applications
- Hand wheel provides relatively consistent speed for repeatable
tests
- Gauge remains in place when hand wheel is released
- One stand for both compression (push) and tension (pull) tests
- Continuous stroke 7.5"
- Maximum Load 220 lbs (100 kg)
For doing peel tests and other force measurements where a
horizontal test stand is required, the SH-220 Manual Horizontal Hand
Wheel Test Stand is an ideal choice. With all of the advantages of
the hand wheel design (relatively consistent speed, precise gauge
positioning, bi-directional movement) in a low-profile horizontal
package, the SH-220 accepts any of the standard range Imada force
gauges and special attachments.

SV-300/500
High Capacity Precision Hand Wheel Test Stand
SV-300 (capacity 300 lbs)
SV-500 (capacity 500 lbs)
- Hand wheel design provides a high degree of precise control
- One stand for both compression (push) and tension (pull) tests
- Gauge remains in place when hand wheel is released
- Stroke 15"
Models SV-300/500 have greater clearance to accommodate oversize
materials and a long stroke to test materials that require a greater
range of movement. SV-300/500 are precise push/pull test stands that
are ideal for force applications requiring relatively consistent
speed and maximum gauge control. The force gauge remains in position
when the wheel is released which allows the user to easily change
samples between tests. The hand wheel operation will provide
repeatable test results from sample to sample. The SV-300/500 will
accommodate any of the standard range Imada force gauges.
