The TPG-2200 PARTGARD is a highly accurate in-die monitor that pays for itself the first time its automatic alarm goes off. It saves the cost of premature die wear and tooling and machine damage. And PARTGARD is inexpensive and easy to install and use.

By monitoring the load deviation as each part is struck, PARTGARD detects such problems as slug buildup, misfeeds, tooling wear and material deviation. Its automatic high-low alarm set points (from 5% to 45%) and built-in control relays shut the machine off at the first detection of a problem.

The TREND display - an "at a glance" visual indication of load deviation - is another valuable feature of your monitoring system. It's immediate visual indicators of off-tolerance conditions further add to your control capabilities.

The highly sensitive TPL-312 Die Plug Sensor, a necessary addition to a PARTGARD, pinpoints monitoring within the die itself. With exacting precision, the TPL-312 accurately monitors tooling, lubricants and stock variances within a wide working load range. Small in size, but designed for high-output industrial use, the Die-Plug Sensor increases your high-quality parts production. In multi-stage tooling situations, die implant sensors are mounted within or adjacent to each tooling station.

VERY easy to install, the Die Plug requires NO extra tools for application to your stamping or coldforming equipment. The inexpensive Die Implant Sensor is your low cost insurance to guard against tool and machine damage.
