Magnetic Skate Rail

Magnetic Skate Rail is ideal for use in conjunction with Magnetic Transfer Conveyors. Magnetic Skate Rail is typically positioned on the outside edge of a steel blank and parallel to the magnetic transfer conveyor.

The powerful magnets hold steel blanks securely up against it's long series of rollers, minimizing flexing or bending of the sheet as it is conveyed. The neoprene wheels allow blanks to roll easily into the press. The magnet can be adjusted to accommodate the size and thickness of different blanks.

Electromagnetic Conveying Rail

Magnetic Electro-Rail is commonly used in automated systems for conveying, transferring and lifting steel sheets and parts. Using a powerful electro-magnetic circuit to move and hold steel objects during conveying, electromagnets have the benefit of on/off capability and allow the user to control drop points throughout the system.
