Press Assembly Frames

HyperCyl® Press/Assembly frames and packages are designed for the the full line of 1 through 50 ton HyperCyl® cylinders. A modular approach allows the machine designer to choose from both "C" and "H" frames, and table top or pedestal base configurations. Custom frames and bases can also be designed and built to your specifications.

All Press/Assembly frames can be supplied as a "turn-key" package complete with all controls required to operate the cylinder. Various pneumatic/electrical controls options are available to monitor and control cylinder pressure/force, high pressure and total stroke distance, part count, cylinder speed, and cycle time.
