Accurate Force Measurement
The ALG-1100 features one channel of accurate force measurement and control.
Adjustable and discrete high and low limits provide a repeatable process window
displayed in either pounds or tons. All power supply and amplifier circuitry is
self contained in a rugged NEMA-12 enclosure. A diverter control circuit with
built in stop relay allows the operator to select the number of off-tolerance
parts produced before the process is halted. Applications for the ALG-1100
include assembly, staking, riveting, molding, pressing, or other forming
operations where direct force measurement is desired.
